Students who choose Moore enjoy close mentorship and training from our award-winning faculty, made up of working artists, designers and historians who encourage excellence, creative exploration and self-expression. Our small classes feature a 7:1 student to professor ratio, which fosters a uniquely high level of individual attention and support that can only be found here at Moore.
As trailblazers in their fields and disciplines, Moore faculty come to the classroom with a combination of technical skill and real-world experience and expertise. From the moment you arrive through the day you graduate, your faculty will be your biggest cheerleaders. They will push you to explore your potential, grow beyond your previous limits and prepare you for lifelong learning and leadership in your chosen field.
"We’re an intimate community, and that intimacy fosters a culture that is supportive and rigorous. The mentor-based relationship between students and faculty, and the ambition and kindness of our student body create unique and fertile conditions for diverse critical practices and thoughtful making."
—ROBERT GOODMAN, Associate Professor, Fine Arts & Foundation
