Moore College of Art & Design marked a major milestone on Tuesday, March 18, to celebrate its designation as an Adobe Creative Campus, making the College the first independent art and design college in the country to receive this distinction. By integrating Adobe tools across curricula, Moore continues to prepare students with the technical abilities and industry skills they need to thrive in their art and design careers.

The event welcomed students, faculty, staff for lunch, giveaways and a ceremonial cake cutting to mark the occasion. Attendees also heard from Moore President Cathy Young; Chief Academic Officer Claudine Thomas; Instructional Technology & Online Learning Coordinator Tonya Lee; and an Adobe representative. The event also featured live demos and presentations on Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Digital Academy from four Graphic Design seniors.

Simone Gray '25 and Jenn Nguyen '25 led a session on creating engaging presentations using Adobe Express, offering tips on customizing templates and effectively communicating with an audience. Kayla-Rose Driscoll '25 demonstrated how to enhance your professional presence by editing headshots, designing business cards, and creating LinkedIn banners. KC Corbi '25 taught attendees how to build a brand kit in Adobe Express, focusing on maintaining visual consistency across designs with logos, colors, and fonts.
