Emily Elliott is a second year MFA student in the Socially Engaged Art program. Her MFA in Progress exhibition is on view September 26 – October 3 in The Galleries at Moore.

With the fall semester off to a start we welcome seven incoming MFA/MA students and welcome back four continuing MFAs. We also have some great new faculty teaching for the first time this semester.

Fine Arts alumna Veronica Perez ’14 has received a $25,000 Ellis-Beauregard Foundation Visual Artist Fellowship. Perez is a Maine-based sculptor and educator whose work emphasizes social justice.
