Graphic Design alum Dan Callahan ’24, Moore College of Art & Design’s 2024 Valedictorian, was recently named a winner in Issue 79 of Creative Quarterly.
Callahan’s submission, titled Abandon All Hope, is an experimental type book based on the story of Dante’s Inferno. Callahan is one of just 23 students from colleges across the nation to win in the graphic design category for Issue 79.
Callahan, who also graduated with an Illustration minor, began their journey to the top of the Class of 2024 early in their Moore career, noting how their successes motivated them to create higher quality work. Throughout their time at the College, Callahan developed a strong appreciation for Moore’s faculty.
Callahan’s winning work will be showcased in Creative Quarterly’s online gallery and the publication’s printed annual magazine.
