Do You Live More Than 150 miles Away? Come Visit Us

Our Fly-In program is done by reimbursements for the students travel only, no guests covered, for up to $250. Instructions to complete the paperwork for the Fly-In program reimbursement are below. Our Business Office will cut and mail you a check for the amount spent on your travel. Only student travel costs can be submitted. Any form of travel qualifies whether that is by car, train or plane.

To submit for the Fly-In Program reimbursement, collect and complete the following to send to enroll@moore.edu:
  • Receipt of your travel costs. The receipt must include the method of payment used (credit or debit card, and type such as Visa or Mastercard), as well as the last 4 digits of the card used.
  • Completed Honorarium Form (Attached).
  • Completed W-9 (Attached).
  • For travel via car, instead of a receipt you will send a copy of your driving route (this can be a screenshot of the Google maps route between your home and Moore's campus). Travel reimbursement for travel via car will be calculated via mileage.
**Whoever paid for the travel, student or parent, will need to fill out the two forms attached to this email. You can send the completed forms to enroll@moore.edu

The reimbursement can only be applied to one visit to campus so you can redeem it now or use it on a future trip to campus!

YOUR CAMPUS CHEAT SHEET

Wondering how to find the places you'll need to visit most often? We've got you covered.

Ground Floor

Our Ground Floor hosts many lounge and dining spaces, including the Dining Hall, Fox Commons and Jane's Corner, right next to the Moore Café. It's also where you'll find large gathering spaces like Graham Auditorium and the Great Hall. And don't forget the six public exhibition spaces of The Galleries at Moore, plus the Student Run Gallery.

Sarah Peter Hall

Many classes are held in Sarah Peter Hall, which connects directly with Wilson Hall via the ground and fourth floors. On the first floor, you'll spend a lot of time researching and writing in the Connelly Library and Margaret Minik Writers Studio. Head to the third floor to check out the Materials Library, and the sixth floor to visit the Fab Lab and Photo Cage.

Basement Studios, Labs & Print Center

In the basement, you'll find our Print Center, Woodshop and Ceramics Studio. It's a place to get your hands dirty and to access resources for making art and design objects, for class and for your own practice. It's also where you'll find several computer labs and where our IT Department works

Stahl Hall

In addition to hosting residences on campus (our other residence hall is Sartain, located a block away from the main campus on Cherry Street), you'll find Student Affairs and Student Health Services on the ground floor—very noteworthy. Also, it's where you pick up your student ID and your mail!
