Meet the Faculty
Gigi McGee, Chair of Communication Arts, Professor, Graphic Design
FULL-TIME FACULTY | Graphic Design program head and professor who has also taught at the California Institute of the Arts and Otis College of Art and Design. Her background includes creating, entertainment, information and environmental graphics for various agencies before opening her own studio in 1989.
Jody Work, Assistant Professor, Graphic Design
Jody is a multidisciplinary designer and educator specializing in image making and typography, while challenging the boundaries of 2D and 3D executions. Jody's work is thoughtful in execution, with an emphasis on process involving research and play. She has collaborated with cultural institutions, commercial clients, and individuals.
Thomas Foley, Adjunct
Co-founder, partner and creative director of SEDSO Design, a full-service, multi-discipline design collective based in Philadelphia that offers comprehensive creative strategy.
Dorothy Funderwhite, Adjunct
Philadelphia-based graphic designer and educator who completed graduate work at the Basel School of Design in Basel, Switzerland and worked as a senior designer at Cloud + Gehshan Associates.
Jason Ganski, Adjunct
Co-founder and executive creative director of SEDSO Design, a full-service, multi-discipline design collective based in Philadelphia that offers comprehensive creative strategy.
James Hultquist-Todd, Adjunct
James is the owner and primary typeface designer at JTD Type Foundry.
Brigette Indelicato, Adjunct
A Philadelphia-based graphic designer, creative director and Moore alum, with specialties in board game design, branding and logo design, custom typography and art direction.
Gihan Sifen, Adjunct
Gigi Sifen is a multidisciplinary designer with over 20 years of experience working at international advertising agencies such as Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R. She has had the privilege of helping various brands connect with people through physical and digital products and creative graphic experiences. In addition to her professional work, Gigi finds purpose and joy in teaching and empowering design professionals and students while supporting their career growth.
Jennifer Stern, Adjunct
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Art from Penn State in 1994, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Tyler School of Art in 1999, Jennifer spent six years at a creative firm, first as an intern. After working her way to Senior Art Director, in 2003 she started 452 Design in Philadelphia.
