This form is for Moore's 2021 graduating class in ALL MAJORS and ALL DEGREE PROGRAMS who wish to participate in the virtual presentation of this year's thesis exhibitions. The Galleries' staff—with the help of Moore's Marketing Department and Locks Career Center—will use the information you submit here to generate a webpage for each of you that features your name & headshot, image/s of your work, your professional contact information, etc. Please be sure to consult with your thesis advisor if you have any questions.

If you prepare all of your images/files, artwork information, etc. in advance, this form should take under one (1) hour to complete.

DEADLINE: MAY 7, 2021 (midnight)

We're looking for quality still images of your work—they should be no larger than 5MB each and should be saved as .jpg or .jpeg. Be sure to consult with your thesis advisor if you have questions about how to document your work. Please try to limit one image per work, unless it is a sculptural object or installation that requires multiple views. If your project is presentation-based or other written/scholarly work, please save your final slides, paper, or project as a .pdf. If you have digital animation or video projects, see the box below.

LABEL YOUR FILES WITH YOUR LAST NAME AND TITLE OF WORK e.g. comiskey_untitled.jpg.

Books will be embedded on your page via ISSUU, please save as a .pdf, as individual pages, not spreads; exported with no printer/registration marks. If you need assistance with this, please consult with your thesis advisor and/or send an email to mooreseniorshow@gmail.com.

UPLOAD YOUR FILES HERE FIRST! < Click on that link, find your major, then your name, and upload your files. You will enter the artwork information/details in the next steps.

Image Captions & Statement

For each of the images/artworks/videos/etc. you'll be providing in the next section, we need identifying information so viewers know what they're looking at—just as they would in a physical gallery setting! These will appear as image captions on the website exactly as you type them, so please double-check your spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

Last, but not Least!

Tell us a little bit more about your plans after graduation.
