The Philadelphia Business Journal spoke with President Cathy Young about Moore's focus on "growth mode," and the strategic planning process that the College is currently undertaking, which will lead to new capital projects, academic programs and other initiatives.
The article also discusses how much has already happened just one year into President Young's tenure at Moore, culminating with the largest incoming class in over a decade, and the College's plans for continued growth, including campus transformations, industry partnerships and career pipelines.
"Here's where being small is a huge strength for us, because we're nimble," Young said. "It doesn't take us five years to do something. We can innovate and create change relatively quickly. We are really focused on positioning ourselves for the next 100 years."
