Moore College of Art & Design’s Academic Services department recently welcomed two new staff members. 

Danielle Moskowitz

Danielle Moskowitz, Moore’s new assistant director of academic support services, previously served as a student success advisor with Walnut Hill College. She was also the assistant director of academic support services at Thomas Jefferson University and the assistant director of inclusion and engagement at the University of MassachusettsAmherst.  

Moskowitz is a former executive board member of the Philadelphia Writing Program Administrators and has taught humanities courses across the Philadelphia area. She received her MA in English/writing and rhetoric from Long Island UniversityBrooklyn and a BA in elementary education from Kean University.

Alyssa Truszkowski 

Alyssa Truszkowski, Moore’s new senior academic advisor, was an academic advisor at Moore from 2012-2015 and the registrar from 2015-2016. Since that time, she has held roles in academic services, training, instructional design, and project management with the University of Delaware, Formstack and Zelis.  

She received both an MAT in teaching, instruction and learning – English and communications education, as well as a BA in communications & rhetoric and film studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
