Moore College of Art & Design has announced that it will officially take over transcript services for University of the Arts, continuing its dedication to supporting Philadelphia’s creative community. Effective April 7, 2025, Moore will process transcripts for University of the Arts alumni and former students, ensuring that their academic achievements remain accessible.

The transition follows the closure of University of the Arts in 2024. As custodian of the institution’s academic records, Moore College of Art & Design is committed to preserving the integrity of these documents and serving the needs of the broader arts community.

Transcript requests for both University of the Arts and Moore will be facilitated through Parchment, an established digital credential service that offers a seamless experience for alumni and former students. While Moore assumes responsibility for transcripts, replacement diplomas for University of the Arts will not be issued.
