PHILADELPHIA (April 24, 2025)—Moore College of Art & Design (“Moore”) is proud to announce it has become the first independent art and design college in the United States to be designated as an Adobe Creative Campus. This distinction reflects Moore’s commitment to equipping students with industry-leading digital tools and innovative learning opportunities.

Building on its longstanding initiative to provide all students with full access to Adobe Creative Cloud, Moore’s designation as an Adobe Creative Campus provides new opportunities for students. Moore students will now have access to expanded offerings, including Adobe Badges and Certifications, to further enhance their career readiness. This initiative positions Moore students at the forefront of an evolving job market that increasingly values expertise in creative technology.

“Becoming an Adobe Creative Campus aligns seamlessly with Moore’s mission as we enhance our curriculum with cutting-edge tools,” said Claudine Thomas, chief academic officer, Moore College of Art & Design. “Our academic initiatives are rooted in preparing students to excel in their careers. By equipping them with Adobe Creative Campus benefits, we are empowering them to explore new avenues of artistic expression, enhance their problem-solving skills and develop collaborative abilities essential to the workplace. This initiative strengthens our ability to provide an exceptional, career-focused education that bridges art, design and technology.”

Moore will integrate these expanded benefits into its curriculum and community, ensuring students can fully leverage the creative and professional advantages provided by the program. This partnership builds on Moore’s commitment to academic innovation, equipping students with a strong blend of artistic skills and technological proficiency as they graduate from Moore.

“Studies increasingly show a common connection between an individual’s success in the workforce and their digital literacy and fluency. These skills are fundamental in the global economy, and universities are making great strides to adopt creative tools that will both enrich their students’ academic careers and help ensure their future success,” said Danielle Yaag, education account executive, Adobe. “By providing students with equitable access to Adobe Creative Cloud, Moore College of Art & Design enables them to develop independent learning behaviors, collaborate with diverse teams, and give them a competitive edge in the increasingly demanding and evolving job market.”
