At its October 13 meeting, Moore College of Art & Design’s Boards of Trustees and Managers marked a milestone: Frances “Fran” R. Graham ’66 stepped down as Chair of the Board of Trustees and was designated Chair Emerita in recognition of her extraordinary service to the College. Fran will continue to serve as a member of Moore’s Board of Trustees, and to chair various Board committees.
Fran’s ties to Moore span six decades. After graduating in 1966, she returned to serve her alma mater on the Board of Managers in 2001. She joined the Board of Trustees in 2006 and became its Chair in 2011. For 15 years, Fran has guided the College with vision, generosity, and steadfast devotion to Moore students. We are deeply grateful for her leadership.
As Moore celebrates Fran’s remarkable legacy of leadership, the College also welcomes several new appointments to its Boards of Trustees and Managers:
- Arthur Block, who has served as Chair of the Board of Managers since 2009, succeeds Fran as Chair of the Board of Trustees.
- Timothy Andrews, a member of the Board of Managers since 2022, succeeds Arthur as Chair of the Board of Managers.
- Meg Johnson, who has served on the Board of Managers since 2014, joins the Board of Trustees.
- Jennifer Montoya and Jeanne Rentezelas join the Board of Managers, each elected to a three-year term.
