Meal Voucher Request Form

Moore College of Art & Design is committed to providing a supportive, inclusive and equitable campus environment for all Moore students. Students who do not have a meal plan can complete a Meal Voucher Request Form to receive free meal vouchers through Moore’s dining services. Students are encouraged to apply to receive meal vouchers when other traditional methods of funding have been exhausted. Students are eligible to reapply to receive meal vouchers each semester.

Applications to receive meal vouchers are accepted on a rolling basis. Amount of meal vouchers given is based on availability of funds. Applications for funding will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority is given to students who do not have a meal plan and demonstrate financial need. Your application will be reviewed by key members in Student Affairs and Financial Aid and will be kept confidential.
