Margaret Minik Writers Studio
The Margaret Minik Writers Studio is dedicated to promoting excellence in writing at Moore. As a writing center offering academic assistance through peer tutoring and resources in all aspects and types of writing, we support all BFA and graduate students in developing communication skills essential for success in their careers in art and design.
Elizabeth "Sis" Kapnek Grenald Library Instruction Lab
Located in the Connelly Library, the Grenald Instruction Lab can be used by Moore College of Art & Design students, faculty, and staff. Equipment includes a flat screen tv, speakers, laptop, podium, two whiteboard walls, and video conferencing equipment. The room can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people.
The space is available to reserve for class sessions, group study, interviews, and occasional meetings. Sessions related to information literacy and library services receive priority scheduling. Scheduling of the space is managed by library staff. To reserve the instruction lab, please complete the Reservation Request Form. Immediate requests can be processed at the Circulation Desk.
Telehealth Room (L109)
The Telehealth Room (L109) is a private office space located in the Connelly Library. The room can be reserved during regular library hours for telehealth appointments, personal study sessions, or other uses that require a small, private space.
L109 is the last office space past the Writers' Studio. It is furnished with a comfy chair, a desk with lighting, and a white noise machine.
