Join us for the first Art at Lunch of the academic year with award winning graphic designer, educator, and Moore Alumna Kathy Mueller! She is a co-founder of the United States for Abortion which aims to reflect Americans’ majority support for abortion rights using tee shirts created by designers from every corner of the nation.
Kathy's presentation will reflect on how the abortion rights movement rhetoric must shift from ineffective and counterproductive to a new rhetoric that acknowledges the contemporary mechanisms of abortion, that address the wide range of reasons why people get abortions, and that speaks inclusively about who gets abortions.
