“Nothing About Us Without Us: Student Voices in the Art Room”

Facilitated by Moore Graduate Alumni Gabi Rost-Tallman, this panel centers Disabled art students as they reflect on their experiences from kindergarten through higher education. Through conversation, panelists will highlight practices that support access, belonging, and meaningful participation in creative learning environments.

Workshops

Additional workshops hosted by The Center for Creative Works, SpArc Services, TechOwl, ArtsAbility, and ArtWell.

  • All Students: FREE
  • Moore Faculty & Staff: FREE

A light lunch will be served to all registrants. This event offers six (6) ACT 48 hours for teaching professionals.

TechOwl, the Autistic Art Coalition of Philadelphia, ArtWell, Art-Reach, The Center for Creative Works, SpArc Services, ArtsAbility, the NAEA Art in Special Education Interest Group, and the Bartol Foundation.

DHCC will be providing ASL Interpreter Services at this event.
