The 2021 Leadership Conference for Women in the Arts will explore current topics related to college women who are, or who are interested in being, leaders in art and design fields.
The Conference will comprise of 25-minute sessions intended to be engaging and informative. Sessions will focus on soft skills and leadership development. Conference themes include - creativity, resourcefulness, self-awareness, critical thinking, networking, problem-solving, public speaking, and listening skills.
