Alaina Bailey

Alaina Bailey (she/her)

Director of Admissions | Alaina is originally from Alabama and received her BA in Fine Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. Alaina is passionate about living and working in Philadelphia, including a studio practice in painting and experimental photography. She loves working with students and talking about all things creative! She is a life-long student and loves to take classes in new mediums, and spend time in the many great cultural institutions in the city.   Schedule a meeting with Alaina

Sierra Coniff

Sierra Conniff (she/her)

Assistant Director of Transfer and Graduate Admissions | Sierra is originally from Portland, Oregon and received a BA in Visual Studies at Tyler School of Art at Temple University. She then earned an MA in History of Art and Architecture at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She has previously worked in museum education and is passionate about helping teenagers and young adults connect to art. She lives in Philadelphia with her partner, and their grumpy tuxedo cat, Oscar. Kendyl Boyd

Kendyl Boyd

Senior Admissions Counselor | Kendyl is originally from Northern Jersey and received her BFA in Art Education from Moore. Before returning to her alma mater as an Admissions Counselor, she worked in local Philadelphia Art museums and as an assistant elementary school teacher. Kendyl is passionate about facilitating access for young people to artistic and educational opportunities. Kendyl is a kitchen herbalist who loves vintage fashion and decor and exploring new cities. Carly Steiner (she/her)

Admissions Counselor | Carly is originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and received a BA in Art History at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture where she studied the depiction of women in 19th century painting. She is passionate about making art more accessible to her community and providing art education opportunities for people who face intersectionality disadvantages. Carly lives in Philadelphia and enjoys creating mixed-media collages, bike riding, art galleries, cooking, and going to the beach. Schedule a meeting with Carly

Blythe Alger-Meyer (she/they)

Admissions & Financial Aid Counselor | Blythe is originally from Westminster, Colorado and received her BA in Anthropology of Media from Mount Holyoke College. She thinks young children make for the best artists and she is passionate about art in public spaces. Blythe lives in South Philadelphia and loves the walkability of the city. When not at Moore, she enjoys seeing movies at the Philadelphia Film Society and visiting bakeries throughout the city.

Jonathan Squire

Jonathan Squire (he/him)

Vice President of Enrollment Management | Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania and his Master’s degree in business administration from Rosemont College in Rosemont, PA. Jonathan has worked at various historic women’s colleges including Rosemont College and Cedar Crest where he served as Director of Admission. He lives in Lansdale, Pennsylvania with his wife Morgan who is an accomplished interior designer. Contact

Margaret Reisert (she/her)

Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations| Margie is originally from Maine and received a BA in Art History from Vassar College. She then earned a Post-Baccalaureate degree from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts with a focus on the intersection of painting and fiber arts. In addition to being passionate about access to higher education, Margie is an avid baker, an excitable birdwatcher, and a dedicated master’s swimmer. Contact

Jess Polk (she/her)

Campus Visit Coordinator | Jess Polk is a Philadelphia based visual artist and arts administrator. She holds a BFA in Illustration from The University of the Arts (2015) and an MS in Arts Administration from Drexel University (2024). She is passionate about the Philadelphia arts community and enjoys supporting students and emerging artists. She has a steady studio practice and participates in art festivals throughout the region. In her free time, she enjoys native gardening, hiking, and being in the great outdoors. Contact
