Glaze Room

The Laguna spray booth is used for applying glazes and finishes to ceramic pieces in a controlled environment, minimizing overspray and ensuring an even coat.

Photo & Film

The cage waiver and policies system ensures that students and faculty understand and adhere to the rules for borrowing and using film and photography equipment from the school's equipment "cage."

Our Cheqroom system allows students and staff to reserve, manage, and track equipment usage. It ensures efficient and organized access to photography and film tools.

Plaster

The Bailey heated drying cabinet accelerates the drying process for plaster molds and ceramic pieces, allowing for faster production cycles.

Printmaking

Etching involves using acid to create designs on metal plates, which are then inked and pressed onto paper. It's a traditional printmaking technique widely used in fine art production.

Screen printing is a method used to transfer ink through a mesh stencil onto various materials like paper or fabric. This process allows for vibrant, high-quality prints in both fine art and commercial applications.

Our spray booth is a ventilated space where artists can apply paint, lacquer, or other finishes to their prints or artwork in a controlled environment, minimizing overspray and ensuring safety.

The Vandercook press is a letterpress machine used for fine art printmaking. It offers precise control over ink application and pressure, ideal for creating high-quality prints.
