Sheri Watson
Assistant Professor
Sheri Watson is an Interior Designer who fell in love with lighting over 20 years ago and has made that her design specialty. She has been teaching lighting as an adjunct professor for nearly 10 years at Moore College of Art in the Interior Design department. She is a Master Lecturer at the University of Arts in the Museum Studies Masters program where she has been teaching Exhibition lighting for the past 18 years.
Design education has also become a passion too, to share the excitement of the many aspects of Interior Design, including orthographic drawing and drafting where she has been teaching in the Interiors Department at Drexel University for 17 years and recently at Moore College.
Watson is also a ceramic artist where her pitchers and other designs are shown at Craft Shows around the city. Watson currently works at Bulb Lighting, as a Design Associate, where she meets with clients to solve their unique lighting needs with a collection of lights from all around the world. She has a MS in Interior Design from Drexel University and a BA in General Arts in the College of Arts and Architecture from Pennsylvania State University.
