Shawn McGhee

Shawn David McGhee (PhD, Temple University) is author of No Longer Subjects of the British King: The Political Transformation of Royal Subjects to Republican Citizens, 1774-1776 and regular contributor to the Journal of the American Revolution. His work focuses on political community formation, partisan politics, and the political culture of Revolutionary and Early National America.
