Julian Crooks

Julian Crooks is a dynamic educator who is passionate about innovation in design education. Holding an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation in Higher Education from Arizona State University, Julian combines their extensive curriculum development experience with a fashion industry background. Julian has led transformative educational initiatives, including pioneering research in virtual reality for fashion education.
In her previous positions at Rhode Island School of Design and at Harcum College, where she served as Director of Fashion Programs, Julian was known for her creative approach to revitalizing curricula and creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Now at Moore College of Art and Design, Julian is excited to inspire the next generation of designers, integrating their industry insights with cutting-edge technology to foster a vibrant, inclusive educational environment.
