Gigi Sifen

Gigi Sifen is a multidisciplinary designer with over 20 years of experience working at international advertising agencies such as Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R. She has had the privilege of helping various brands connect with people through physical and digital products and creative graphic experiences. In addition to her professional work, Gigi finds purpose and joy in teaching and empowering design professionals and students while supporting their career growth.

Originally from Egypt and currently based in the USA, Gigi holds a postgraduate diploma in Advertising from the American University in Cairo and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Photography, and Printing from Helwan University. She has served on the executive board of AIGA Philadelphia, acted as the professional development director, and is a member of the Society of Experiential Graphic Designers (SEGD). Gigi collaborates with Design Philadelphia on various projects, including the Design In Education K-12 program, where she helps create an engaging curriculum about branding and architecture.
