Alysson Cwyk
Chief of Staff
Alysson Cwyk is an experienced higher education administrator who blends big-picture strategy with an exceptional eye for detail. As Chief of Staff at Moore College of Art & Design, she advises the President, serves as the liaison to the Boards of Trustees and Managers, manages strategic initiatives, and oversees the operations of the President’s Office. Known for being quick on her feet and a go-to problem solver, Alysson is often called upon to put out fires and bring clarity in high-pressure situations.
She excels at executing complex institutional projects that align with strategic goals—while ensuring no detail is overlooked. Her ability to coordinate communication across departments has made her a central figure in advancing college-wide priorities, from accreditation to major events.
She holds an M.S. in Arts Administration and a B.S. in Entertainment & Arts Management from Drexel University. Outside of Moore, Alysson is an avid fly angler and serves on multiple fly-fishing nonprofit boards. She is also a CrossFit athlete and CF-L1 trainer.
