Dr. Shawn McGhee earned his PhD from Temple University. His research interests include the politics of the Early Republic, print culture, and political party formation. His First book, No Longer Subjects of the British King: The Troubled Formation of the American Political Community, 1774-1776, will be released in Spring 2024.
