The Philadelphia Water Color Society has a One Hundred and twenty year old rich artistic tradition that promotes Water Color and other dry Mediums like Pastels, Charcoal, Collage etc. on Paper. Highly acclaimed artists like John Singer Sargeant, Maxfield Parrish, Thornton Oakley, Andrew Wyeth, Pablo Picasso and Edward Hopper were former members of this prestigious Society.
