Artist Statement
My name is Adelimar Cedeno-Laboy and I am an Interior Design major. For the past year, I've been working on my thesis that is a performing arts center for children with autism. Through much research, I was able to design a comfortable, educational and therapeutical space for these children and their families. The purpose of this facility would be to develop the children's self-confidence, socialization and communication skills through the performing arts.
