Placing Materials on Reserve
Please complete the Course Reserve Request form for all materials you wish to place on reserve. Questions regarding course reserves should be directed to the Circulation Supervisor:
Purchase requests for course reserves can also be submitted via the Suggest a Purchase form. Please note that you will also need to complete a Course Reserve Request form.
Please search the catalog to ensure that the library does not already own the title. Personal copies will only be placed on reserve when the library does not own the item. The Library cannot take responsibility for any damage or theft of personal copies while on Course Reserve.
Please note that materials in the Library’s Reference collection and items belonging to other libraries (such as interlibrary loans) may not be placed on reserve. Library staff reserve the right to restrict materials placed on reserve to ensure compliance with copyright law.
All current Moore College of Art & Design students, staff, and faculty in good standing with the Connelly Library may use interlibrary loan services. Requests can be submitted by completing the ILL Request Form.

Connelly Library is a member of TCLC, comprised of 50 academic libraries in the Delaware Valley. To borrow from a TCLC Library you must first fill out a Letter of Introduction and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Take the completed form with your Moore ID to the member library to access to their collections.

All students in Philadelphia are eligible for a Free Library card at no cost. You can apply for a card online! Located across Logan Circle, contains more than 7 million items and many special collections. The Central Branch has an excellent Art Department, as well as a Print and Picture Collection, and a Rare Book Department.
The Connelly Library has a borrowing agreement with University of the Arts Libraries. Email email@example.com to obtain a Letter of Introduction.
As one of the major art reference libraries in the United States, the library houses approximately 200,000 books, auction catalogues, and periodicals dating from the sixteenth century to the present. The collection is non-circulating but access to the Library is free. Present your ID to the guard at the Perelman Building entrance to request a Researchers Pass. If you have a detailed reference question about something in their collection, be sure to contact them before you go.
