DIGITAL MEDIA

Lisa Adamitis is a graphic designer and educator with over 10 years as art director in medical and university publishing. Clients include Harcourt Publishing, Temple University, Addison Wesley and Novartis Corp. She has a BFA from Kutztown University.

Emily Colburn is senior designer with Petplan (Newtown) responsible for print and web marketing collateral including social media promotions and websites. Marketing & Communication Design Fellow with Chronicle Books of San Francisco, she holds an MFA in Graphic & Interactive Design from Temple University.

Dan Donaldson, CEO of Three Piece Suit Productions, has expertise in animation, graphic design, and motion graphics. Experience includes creating TV commercials for Bozeken, broadcast event animations for NBC Sports, and feature film for Brolik Productions. He has a BS from Philadelphia University in Animation & Digital Media.

Max Groff is a motion graphics designer and animator who specializes in concert graphics. Clients include Disciple Films, Jennifer Lopez, NBC Sports, Madonna, Black Eyed Peas, and National Geographic.  He holds a BFA in Film from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA.

Robert Hires, owner of Hires Graphics, is a designer and educator specializing in computer illustration and technology. Previously creative director at Discovery Software, a software development company, he is a graduate of Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.

Dawn Mercurio is consultant for product/brand development via corporate identity systems, print collateral and websites. She has a BA in Visual Communication from University of Maryland and MFA in Graphic Design from Marywood University.

Philip Sorrentino, senior manager of user experience at Comcast.com, is also design consultant for Taylor Group, Toronto with clients such as Nike, Microsoft, and Intel. He holds degrees from Philadelphia University in Industrial Design and Architectural Studies.

Kirk Widra is a graphic designer specializing in brand/product development and visual merchandising with many years of teaching including Fashion Institute of Technology. He holds a BFA from Art Institute of Philadelphia.

 

FASHION STUDIES

Dominique Asuncion is a freelance fashion designer previously with Hartstrings, specializing in private label apparel for major stores nationwide and researching global market innovations. She holds a BS in Fashion Design from Philadelphia University and was an NBC “Runway Challenge” finalist.

Kelly Brabazon is a fashion designer with expertise in collection development and technical design. Her background includes Ascena Retail Group, Hartstrings, Mokopuna (New Zealand) and Brooks Brothers. She has a dual degree in Fashion Design and Art History from Moore.

Amy Devan is owner/creative director of Naveda Couture. She holds an MBA in Marketing & Financial Management from Drexel University and AAS in Fashion Design from Parsons. Her background includes business development and marketing positions with USLI, Chicago, and The Berman Group, New York.

Neel Elsherif is production designer with NINO Brand in Philadelphia. Previous experience includes Frank Agostino Haute Couture in Bryn Mawr, Marie Bishara in Cairo, and Liz Clairborne in NY. She holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Moore.

Rebecca Fretz is a patternmaker with clients including Boathouse Sports, Hartstrings and Destination Maternity. Skilled in computer generated patterns, she has a BFA from Philadelphia University and also teaches in Moore’s undergraduate program.

Katherine Hoffman is a technical fashion illustrator doing contract work for Brooks Brothers and Jones Apparel of New York, where she led the Technical Illustration Department for eight years. She holds an MA from Fashion Institute of Technology.

Gerri Melascaglia is owner of GCo Outsourcing & Consulting Services for fashion product management, market research, merchandising logistics, and purchasing/ inventory control. Previous experience includes Franco Mfg Co, New York, in fashion merchandising.

Colleen Moretz, fashion designer, is owner of Colleen’s Couture, Wilmington, serving an international clientele for over 10 years. She has an MFA from Marywood University and recently won the Dean’s Award for Bridal Design in the Goldstein Museum of Design Competition.

Amy Pendola is a fashion designer with Rasta Imposta Costume Design where she develops product from illustration board and sketch to pattern drafting and final sample. She has a BFA in Fashion Design from Moore and freelances with conceptual designers.

Alexis Schaffer, fashion designer, has a professional background in children's apparel design, costume design, technical design, and pattern making. Her experience includes Andrew & Co. Sportswear (New York), Goodlad Apparel (Philadelphia) and M & J Trim (New York). She holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Moore.

David Schwartz is director of procurement for Sophy Curson, his family’s iconic ladies boutique. He travels regularly to New York, Paris and Milan to select the collections and has served on Philadelphia Museum of Art Costume and Textile Advisory Board. 

Jana Toledano is a fashion designer and consultant with an extensive background in management, fashion promotion, fashion styling, visual merchandising and brand development. Clients include Bloomingdales, Elle Magazine, QVD, Lands End, and Burberry. She holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Moore.

 

INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIES

Clem Cizewski is an architect specializing in architectural and interior design rendering. Principal with CC3D Architectural Rendering since 1989, he is a member of American Society of Architectural Illustrators and holds BA’s in Architecture and Fine Arts from University of Pennsylvania.

Tina Delia is owner/principal designer for Delia Designs in Hopewell, NJ. Previous experience includes Studio Perilli, Rome; Civitas Architects, Philadelphia; and Capital Health Systems, Trenton. She holds an MS in Interior Architecture & Design from Drexel University.

Sary Em is principal of (re)work Architecture & Design and owner of HOME, a furnishings boutique with high-end furniture and lighting. Senior interior designer for nine years with WPH Architects, she holds an MS in Interior Design from Drexel University.

Shila Griffith is owner/principal designer of SG23 Design, a multidisciplinary studio. Previous experience includes Peter Zimmerman Architects and Greenable. A NCIDQ licensed and LEED certified, she holds an MS in Sustainable Design and BS in Interior Design from Philadelphia University.

Ken Jacobs is an architect specializing in historic preservation. A member of National Trust for Historic Preservation and Society of Architectural Historians, he holds a PhD in Architecture from University of Pennsylvania where he taught in the Graduate School of Fine Arts.

James Miller holds a BFA from University of Pittsburgh and a BArch from Drexel University. His background includes project design, marketing, and business development with UCI Architects and Daroff Design. He teaches in Moore’s MFA in Interior Design Program.

Karen Schlegel, interior designer/architectural drafter with Peter Zimmerman Architects, was a recent finalist in the CertainTeed Passive-House National Competition. She holds an MS in Sustainable Design and a BS in Interior Design from Philadelphia University.
