IT'S EASY TO ENROLL
Depending on interests and goals, students are welcome to take courses individually or as part of a certificate program and enroll for undergraduate-level credit, noncredit, or PA Act 48 hours.
Registrations are accepted upon catalog publication. There is not a deadline but students are encouraged to register at least two weeks before classes begin to secure a place.

AVAILABLE SEATS: Numbers shown online do not always reflect actual enrollment.
MAXIMUM ENROLLMENT NOTICE: If a class is full, please call us to put your name on a Wait List.
CREDIT VS NONCREDIT: Each course has two separate listings, one for credit and one for noncredit.
PAYMENT: Placing a course in your cart will not hold a space in a class. Carts cycle out in 24 hours and are automatically emptied if payment is incomplete. When using a discount or not paying by credit card, you may not register online.
- Select your course(s) from the COURSE LIST, which will take you to the Course Section List on the online registration portal.
- Add the desired section to your cart.
- If you wish to add an additional course, click the back button to return to the Course List and repeat above steps.
- When cart is complete, click Proceed to Registration.
- If you are a New User, follow the prompts to create an account.
- If you have previously created an online account, you are a Returning User and should log-in with your user name and password.
- If you do not know your login information or experience any technical difficulties, contact the CE Office at 215.965.4030 for immediate assistance.
Register By Phone or Fax
Phone (215.965.4030) or fax (215.965.4047) registrations are accepted using Visa or MasterCard Monday through Thursday, 9 am – 6:30 pm and Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Register By Mail
Complete the registration form payment and mail with full payment to: Moore College of Art & Design, Continuing Education Department, 1916 Race Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103-1179.
Moore’s BFA graduates are entitled to a 20% discount. Senior Citizens 62 years of age or older are entitled to a 10% discount with age verification. Discounted registrations cannot be made online.
Students enrolled for credit must adhere to academic regulations for class attendance and completion of all work. Grades are mailed 2 weeks after the last day of the quarter.
All courses may be taken on a noncredit basis. Students enrolled for noncredit are expected to adhere to academic regulations for class attendance and completion of all work, but do not receive a grade or course credit.
FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES
The CE Office is set up in the Wilson Lobby throughout the first week of classes and on your arrival provides all necessary information.
STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD
Each student is provided with a Moore photo ID. If you are a new student, plan to arrive 45 minutes before your first class in order to have your ID processed.
SUPPLIES AND TEXTBOOKS
Some courses require purchasing supplies and textbooks, which are discussed by instructors at the first class. Every effort is made to keep costs to a minimum.
Online registrations receive an automatic receipt upon payment. Mail, fax, or phone registrations are sent emailed confirmations if received at least seven days prior to the beginning of a quarter.
TUITION REFUND POLICY
Written notification of course withdrawals must be submitted to the Continuing Education Department by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (215.965.4047).Refunds checks are mailed within 2-4 weeks of notification. Tuition refunds are calculated according to the following schedule:
- 100% refund less $25 before the 1st class meeting
- 80% refund less $25 after the 1st class meets
- 50% refund less $25 after the 2nd class meets
- No refund after the 3rd class begins
ACT 48 REPORTING AND ELIGIBILITY
Moore is a Pennsylvania Act 48 Approved Provider and all credit courses offered by the College satisfy Act 48 regulations. To request a course be reported to the PA Dept. of Education, check the Act 48 box on the registration form.
COURSE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Moore reserves the right to withdraw courses, alter its curriculum, change instructors or modify tuition. Portions of this publication are subject to change without notice. Courses not meeting minimum enrollment are canceled. All attempts are made to notify registered students before the start of the course and all course fees are refunded within 2-4 weeks.
Moore’s convenient Center City Philadelphia location along the scenic Benjamin Franklin Parkway is three blocks from Suburban Station and provides metered on-street parking as well as discounted parking in nearby lots.
