Founded in 1848, Moore is the first and only visual arts college for women in the United States and the only professional college of art and design in Philadelphia devoted solely to the visual arts.
Moore’s vibrant Philadelphia campus is located at the center of the City’s cultural community including The Barnes Foundation, Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Franklin Institute, and Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University.

ADMISSIONS WELCOMES YOU
Throughout the SADI experience, the Admissions office is available to answer questions about Moore and applying to art and design colleges in general. You may speak with an Admissions Counselor at any time to receive informal portfolio guidance.
Students successfully completing SADI prior to their senior year in high school are eligible to receive a $2,500 per year scholarship upon application and acceptance to Moore’s BFA program.
