Moore offers many resources for the Art Education student, both on the college campus and the surrounding area.

Connelly Library supports the curriculum and goals of the art education department with print and virtual resources. In recent years, the collection has been evaluated and enhanced to better assist students and faculty with assignments and research. The Library subscribes to numerous databases, including the Educational Resource Information Center, (ERIC), JSTOR and Wilson Web Art Full Text. In addition the library subscribes to several visual databases including ARTstor and Art Museum Image Gallery. Through professional memberings and subscriptions, the Library receives a number of scholarly art education journals including: Arts Education Policy Review, Art Education, and Exceptional Children.  Arts & Activities, School Arts and Teaching Exceptional Children are also available. The core strengths of the monograph collection continue to evolve based on the subject research, faculty request and an evolving curriculum.

Moore works closely with the Philadelphia public, parochial, charter and private schools as well as The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Spiral Q Puppets, Philadelphia Mural Arts and community art organizations for opportunities for observations, student teaching and volunteer services. In addition Moore art education have the opportunity to be guides for The Galleries at Moore.
