Graphic Design

I believe that Moore’s commitment to transforming students into outstanding creative problem solvers and leaders makes it a unique institution.

I interned for Gigi McGee, who has continued to be an integral part of the graphic design faculty at Moore. Working at her studio gave me the hands on experience needed to gain confidence and sharpen my skills. It was inspiring to see the company she created and the idea that I could have my own studio someday became a reality
My work in marketing and design communications is very diverse. My job is to utilize creativity and art to communicate each client’s brand or marketing messages. I’m driven by the challenge of the next process, the continued learning experience each new project brings.

Moore’s history as being the first visual arts college for women was part of the reason I chose it. The other part is the ongoing commitment from the faculty and staff to continue that legacy. Almost twenty years have passed since I graduated and I still find that to be the same.
