Registration & Fees

Tuition & Fees Information - Fall 2011/ Spring 2012

  • $340 Tuition (first course)
  • $275 Second course tuition discount (may not be combined with any other discount)
  • $40  Registration fee
  • $40 Studio fee (if applicable)
  • $25 High School Certificate enrollment fee (one-time fee)
  • $20 Late Registration Fee
     

Tuition Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Written notification of withdrawals or course changes must be submitted to the Office of Continuing Education. Registration fees are not refundable. Tuition refunds are calculated according to the following schedule:

  • 100% refund before the first day of class
  • 80% refund before the second day of class
  • 50% refund before the third day of class
  • No refunds after the third class

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your tuition refund to be processed.  Registration fees for any program are applied to defray the costs of postage/processing and are non-refundable.

Payment Information

We accept payments made by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. Checks and money orders should be made payable to: Moore College of Art & Design. Cash payments can only be accepted at Moore's Business Office during normal business hours. All balances are due no later than the first day of class. Upon payment in full, the student will receive an ID card and confirmation materials. Students who have not paid in full will not be issued an ID card and will not be permitted to attend class until the balance has been paid in full. Payment arrangements cannot be made with any of our customers.

Art Supplies

Art supplies are provided to students in courses for grades 1-8.  High school students, including those registered for courses with additional fees, are required to purchase their own art supplies and will receive a materials list on the first day of class.  High school students will need an additional $25 to $50 (approximately) for art supplies.

Late Pick-up Fees

Students who remain on campus outside of YAW programming hours will be subject to the following late pick-up fees: Between 4:30 – 5 pm, $10 each 15 minutes; After 5 00pm, $15 each 15 minutes.

Class Changes and Cancellations

Moore College of Art & Design reserves the right to cancel courses, change instructors or modify tuition and fees for this program. Portions of this publication are subject to change without notice. Under-enrolled classes will be cancelled.

Registered students will be notified by phone in the event of a class cancellation. All fees and tuition will be refunded within 2 to 4 weeks for any cancelled class.
