BFA Programs Minors
Minors at Moore

Moore offers its students a wide variety of opportunities to customize their educational program by combining any of the 14 available minors with their major course of study. Minors enable students to tailor their coursework to fit their particular interests and to prepare themselves for more than one field of study. A minor is understood to be a minimum of 15 credits in a specific area of study outside the major. All credits earned toward a minor count towards the open "studio electives" of all majors. Approximately 20% of Moore students graduate with a minor. To explore the benefits of adding a of a minor, a student may speak with the Academic Advisor or a Department Chair. Minors provide students the flexibility to personalize their course of study as a means to best prepare for a career in their chosen field.
