Discounts are available for youth programs classes. Discounts may not be combined and students using a discount cannot register online. Note discount under tuition total on registration form. Call the Continuing Education Office at 215-965-4030 for questions.
A limited number of $150 scholarships are available for the spring semester. The scholarship form is available for download below. Students must complete the scholarship form and return it along with the completed registration form and payment by January 27. Students must return scholarship form at the time of registration. Scholarship applicants cannot register online. Scholarships cannot be redeemed after a registration form has been received and retroactive refunds are not processed. Scholarship funding is limited and not guaranteed.

The Ellis Trust Grants for Eligible Young Women
The Charles E. Ellis Trust for Girls (The Ellis Trust) helps eligible young women in Philadelphia excel in high school and be prepared for postsecondary success. For girls attending Philadelphia public and charter high schools, The Ellis Trust funds Moore College of Art & Design Youth Programs courses. Grants from The Ellis Trust are awarded to girls entering grades nine through twelve who meet certain criteria that include living in Philadelphia and meeting family income eligibility requirements. Tuition Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Written notification of withdrawals or course changes must be submitted to the Office of Continuing Education. Registration fees are not refundable. Tuition refunds are calculated according to the following schedule:
• 100% refund before the first day of class
• 80% refund before the second day of class
• 50% refund before the third day of class
• No refunds after the third class
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your tuition refund to be processed. Registration fees for any program are applied to defray the costs of postage/processing and are non-refundable.
We accept payments made by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard. Checks and money orders should be made payable to: Moore College of Art & Design. Cash payments can only be accepted during normal business hours.
Class Changes and Cancellations
Moore College of Art & Design reserves the right to cancel courses, change instructors or modify tuition and fees for this program. Portions of this publication are subject to change without notice.
Under-enrolled classes will be cancelled. Registered students will be notified by phone in the event of a class cancellation. All fees and tuition will be refunded within 2 to 4 weeks for any cancelled class.
