Since I saw Diane Von Furstenberg’s Spring 2011 Ready to Wear show two years ago, I have been captivated by the brand's bold colors, vibrant prints, and simple silhouettes. So it’s no surprise that my Diane Von Furstenberg internship was amazing! Everyone was lovely and willing to teach me. For the first five weeks we were working on the DVF and GapKids collaboration for 2013. I learned how to dye fabrics properly, screen print, and do a technique called foiling using a heat press. I did some digital print work and worked on t-shirt designs for the Spring 2013 show.
