Navigating CITYWIDE is a panel discussion that will raise and confront critical questions about the current state of artist-run activity. Moderated by Richard Torchia, the distinguished group of speakers includes: Matthew Higgs, Nicola Trezzi, Salem Collo-Julin and Kaytie Johnson.  The frank discussion will use the programming of CITYWIDE as a starting point to address: the future of collective activity, the state of institutional funding, the rise of DIY culture in the arts, and the need for critical discourse amidst the continuous cycle of exhibitions.

CITYWIDE is about magnifying individual voices through collective action.  This panel seeks to discuss greater critical trends amid the cacophony.
