Facilities

The Interior Design department has a well-equipped Computer Aided Design (CAD) lab. The hardware and software are regularly updated to reflect current usage in interior design offices, including new releases of AutoCAD and other software required for superior professional presentations. A number of computers that are on the department network are also available in the design studios.

  • Technology Centers contain:

    •  After Effects, Maya, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Firefox
    • PCs with 24” monitors equipped with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketch up, Modaris, Rhino, Visual, AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, Revit Building, Viz.
    • iMacs with: Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Bridge, Indesign, Fireworks, Flash
    • Ceiling mounted projectors
    •  Scanners in each lab
    • Digitizer
    • Plotters
    • Five digital cameras, two with strobe attachments
    • All computers equipped with DVD burners.
    • Printers: Two large format (44”) ink jet printers, each Lab has a Color and Black and White Laser printers and ink jet printers per room
  • An extensive materials library within the Interior Design Department.
  • Podium program on the the 24" PC's.
  • Access to wood and metal shops for furniture building.
  • Wireless

Moore provides studio space for interior design seniors.
