Fashion Design majors have many choices in internship selection. From working in nationally and internationally renowned design studios and niche boutiques, to placements in corporate settings, these majors receive hand-on training in women's fashion, children's wear, men's wear, active wear, outerwear, bridal attire and accessories. They also gain experience in the business standards of the fashion industry. In addition, students may explore related fields including merchandising, trend forecasting and retail operations.
