Norine Vesey Spurling '51 was interviewed for an article, “Buffalo Society of Artists: Norine Spurling,” for Buffalo Rising.
Joan Crawford ’53 was featured in the November issue of Wonderful West Virginia. The article discussed her hand-built home and studio on a remote island.
Margo Hutz Allman '55 exhibited her work with SYNE, An Artists' Consortium, and in Gifted, both at the Art Trust, a gallery at Meridian Bank, West Chester, PA. Her paintings and drawings were also exhibited at Blue Streak Gallery in Wilmington, DE.
Arlene Bilker Finston '56 received a prize for natural habitat gardens from Whitemarsh Township.
Sheila Roseman Letven '56 exhibited a hand-colored woodcut, Nice Day for a Sail, at the Abington Art Center, Jenkintown, PA. She also exhibited Seascape, a multi-colored relief woodcut, at the American Color Print Society member show of new work at Abington Art Center.
Joan Yoskin Needham '56 had a retrospective exhibition, Alterations, at Rider College that featured rock sculptural wall pieces and a site-specific installation. An interview announcing the retrospective appeared in newsworks.org.
June Maxwell '57 had paintings featured in the Arts and Antiques section of Bucks County Town and Country.
