It’s hard to pick a favorite class at Moore. I really enjoyed Children’s Book Illustration with Megan Halsey. She understood my graphic style and taught me to embrace it in my work. She encouraged me to take my style to new areas and introduced me to cut paper work. If it wasn’t for Megan, I wouldn’t have used cut paper when creating my senior thesis.

I enjoyed Senior Thesis with Rich Harrington. I learned so much from him. He taught me how to be both a creative and professional illustrator and pushed me to go above and beyond with my work.

The opening night of my senior show was the most rewarding experience at Moore. I received the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) award and it made all of my hard work at Moore pay off.

The senior show really made me feel confident about the artwork I was creating and about the designer/illustrator I had become after spending four years at Moore.
