Moore College of Art & Design recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. We provide this Privacy Statement to help you understand what we may do with any personal information that we obtain from you. By providing us with your personal information, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Statement and agree that we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information as described herein. Information You Provide to Us
To communicate effectively with visitors to our website, we may ask you for personally identifiable information that can include your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number or graduation date. It is your choice to provide us with this personal information; we only collect personal information that you provide. We may also provide opportunities for you to post comments on blogs.  We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate posts and comments that we feel may be offensive to our users or detrimental to the College.  Moore College of Art & Design will never sell or trade personally identifiable information you provide to us through this website to other colleges, universities, organizations, or businesses unless we have your consent to share the information or are sharing such information in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process.

Co-Branded Sites
Moore College of Art & Design works with a variety of business partners to collect and manage information from prospective BFA, Graduate Studies, Continuing Education and Youth Program students and employees and to provide services to students, staff, and alumni.  In addition, we work with sites that provide ticketing and registration services for events; process payments for product sales and donations; and implement surveys. As part of the services they provide, these companies operate websites on behalf of Moore College of Art & Design and may display Moore College of Art & Design’s name, logos, and other information to identify themselves as Moore-affiliated websites. These sites, because they are not owned or controlled by Moore College of Art & Design, are not governed by this Privacy Statement.

Below, we have provided links to the privacy statements of many of the business partners with which we work to collect information and provide the services mentioned above. If you have questions about a company not listed below, please see the contact us at communications@moore.edu.

•    We use Hobsons for processing BFA, Graduate Studies and Continuing Education and Youth Program applications, collecting information requests from prospective students and scheduling events and campus visits.

•    PowerCampus is a student information system used for enrolling BFA, Graduate Studies and Continuing Education and Youth Program students in courses. 

•    Moodle is an online learning management system utilized by Moore’s faculty, students and staff.  

•    HigherOne is an integrated billing and payment system for BFA, Graduate Studies and Continuing Education and Youth Program students. 

•    TicketLeap is utilized for selling tickets to public events for which we charge admission.

•    Eventbrite is utilized for reserving tickets to public events. 

•    Online donations and sales of products with credit card transactions are processed via PayPal. 

•    Shopify is used for processing online product sales.

•    CashNet is a service which allows students to pay school charges online.

Use of This Site by Children
Moore College of Art & Design offers programs for children and provides program information on this site. However, this website is not designed for or intended for use by children under the age of thirteen, and we request that such individuals do not submit personally identifiable information to this site.
