Philadelphia is the organization's oldest chapter and is comprised of over 700 members.

"I’m so pleased to receive this award," Murphy said. "It is such an honor to be selected by my peers. It means they are proud of me and I'm so proud of that. I am so grateful to be honored this way and humbled to be part of such a prestigious group of designers."

Murphy has more than 25 years' experience in the graphic design industry. She is founder and Creative Director of Murphy Design. Murphy Design has an accomplished record of work and has been recognized for excellence by AIGA, the Art Director’s Club of Philadelphia, American Corporate Identity, Rockport Publishers and Graphic Design: USA.
