2D Fine Art with an Emphasis in Art History

I am from Abingdon, Virginia and grew up attending classes and exhibitions at the local William King Museum. I went on to receive a BFA in 2D Fine Art with an Emphasis in Art History at Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, PA, and spent a year studying at Temple University Rome, Italy. My MFA is in Painting and Drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I was a Jacob K. Javits Fellow and recipient of the Community Associates of the Art Institute of Chicago Scholarship.

For the last three years I have worked as Curator at William King Museum, which showcases world fine art, cultural heritage, decorative, folk art, and regional contemporary art.
My artwork is represented by SchmidtDean Gallery, Philadelphia, PA, and Mallory Fine Art, Abingdon, VA
