"Art of Food" wins the James Beard Award

Moore adjunct faculty member Tara O'Brien is featured in the WHYY segment below. She is the Director of Conservation and Preservation at the Historical Society of Philadelphia in addition to  teaching Graphic Design at Moore. Monica Rogozinski, producer of the WHYY Friday Arts Art of Food segment, has won a James Beard award. It’s like the “Academy Awards” for foodies. She submitted three pieces for consideration for the award, one of which was the segment Historical Foodies, which is based on Ellen Emlen’s cookbook. Tara designed and managed the publication of the facsimile of the book.
