As a Fine Arts major you can explore internships in a variety of different venues including art centers, museums and commercial galleries, working as a studio assistant, or participating in a community service organization that bring the arts to at-risk children and adults. You may also choose a placement that offers the chance to learn operational and project management skills, participate in theatrical set production, or work as an exhibition designer or preparator.  Any of these internship experiences will help you fine-tune your own studio practice as a visual artist.
